Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Bourbon 700ml

Crafted to honour the innovative spirit of Elijah Craig, this twice-barreled bourbon elevates their award-winning Small Batch through a careful second maturation in a custom toasted barrel. The additional finishing imparts deeper layers of sweet oak and richness, opening with pronounced aromas of toasted wood and caramel. On the palate, it presents as bold, full, and complex, where warming spice and cracked pepper give way to milk chocolate and a subtle trace of smoke. The finish carries that complexity forward, gently warming and long-lasting, with lingering notes of chocolate and classic baking spices.
